Quotation timescales
We are a small, hands on team and carry out all site work ourselves. To ensure every quotation is accurate, detailed, and tailored to your floor, we allow adequate time to review each enquiry properly.
Please allow up to 7 days to receive your quotation. For larger or more complex projects, this may be up to 10 days.
Site visits
Where possible, we will provide an initial estimate based on the information and photos supplied. Site visits are typically arranged once an estimate has been provided and if you are happy to proceed further.
Due to a high volume of enquiries and ongoing site work, we are unfortunately unable to carry out site visits for every enquiry unless the property is local to us or we are already working nearby.
