In this upside down house we fitted the entire living space upstairs with unfinished square edge American ash engineered flooring. We repaired the subfloor and fitted the floor across the three rooms. We then carried out a light sand before finishing with Bona Natural products with a high sheen. With new skirting fitted throughout.
