In this lounge, hallway, study and WC we fitted mixed-width and unfinished square-edged English elm flooring. Fitted to flow into all the rooms with no divide, with an entrance mat well installed and custom made Elm thresholds, where the wood meets tiles in the kitchen. After fitting we carried out a light sand and then applied two coats of hardwax oil throughout. New skirting boards fitted in all rooms to finish.
